Short version: SqFtCalc cannot see your measurements, because they never leave your device.

What the calculators do with your input

Every calculator on this site runs as JavaScript inside your browser tab. The numbers you type are used to update the page in front of you and nothing else: they are not sent to a server, not written to a database, not stored in cookies or local storage, and they disappear when you close the tab. There is no account to create and no sign-in.

What the site itself collects

SqFtCalc is a static website served from a content-delivery network. Like any website, the hosting provider's infrastructure processes standard request information (such as your IP address and browser user agent) to deliver the pages and protect the service. We do not run advertising trackers, do not embed third-party analytics or social widgets, and load no external fonts, scripts or images — the pages are fully self-contained, which you can verify in your browser's network tab.

Pages link to sibling tools and companion sites (for example ProfitBid and RemodelCostCalc). Those sites have their own privacy practices; this page covers SqFtCalc only.

Changes

If the site ever adds a feature that changes any of the above — saved projects, for instance — this page will be updated first, and the feature will be opt-in.
